Three Sisters Start Business Selling GelMoment™ One-Step Gel Nail Polish

Kyra Plebon and her two sisters Lara and Maya have started a business venture selling GelMoment™ One-Step Gel Nail Polish in the Montreal, Canada area. The company known as KLM Gel Nails will be promoting a new brand of gel nail polish that will allow women to acquire a salon quality gel nail finish from the comfort of their home.

Kyra Plebon comments, “Busy women who are passionate about their nails and love the look of gel nails, may not have the time to visit the beauty salon as often as they would like. Getting the gel nail look from home involves several tedious steps in the process and a lot of time. Removal of the gel polish can also be cumbersome and time consuming. GelMoment™ is a new product that provides nail mavens the opportunity to get that gel nail look from the comfort of their home. GelMoment™ polish is a one-step application process quite similar to regular nail polish and it dries under an LED light in 60 seconds.”

There are some concerns regarding nail polish products in general. Dr. Audrey Kunin is a board-certified dermatologist, author, clinician, educator, television personality and CEO of DERMAdoctor, Inc. She states in her blog, “DERMAdoctor,” there are three main culprits found in many nail polishes: formaldehyde, toluene, and dibutyl phthalate (DBP). These chemicals are known as the “Toxic Trio,” or “Big 3”. Formaldehyde is a often used as a preservative, sterilizer, and embalmer. The International Agency for Research on Cancer has identified formaldehyde as a carcinogen, linked to nasal and lung cancers. Dibutyl Phthalate, or DBP has been linked to reproductive issues and has been banned in Europe. It is added to nail polish to make it more flexible and less prone to cracks, chips, and other annoyances. Toluene has been linked to issues affecting the nervous system with symptoms that include dizziness, headaches, nausea, eye irritation and has been banned in Europe. It is used to help keep nail polish smooth and even when applied. Toluene has also been linked to birth defects and developmental problems in children whose mothers were exposed to the chemical during pregnancy.

Kyra responds, “GelMoment™ gel nail products do not contain formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate or toluene. It is odor free and has not been tested on animals. Women have been searching for a nail polish product that is safe, long lasting and simple to use. It is now possible for women to obtain the long lasting “gel nail” look they love in the comfort and convenience of their own homes.

Women now have a safer, affordable and convenient alternative to the harmful toxic nail polish products found in the market today. For more information about GelMoment™ gel nail polish products, go to: http://www.GelMoment.NobelPMarketing.com.
