It’s hard to stifle the enthusiasm that comes from Gloria Iglesias when she talks about joining the North Clybourn Group in Chicago, Illinois. Iglesias started out as a real estate investor in 1999. Iglesias started out helping friends relocate from Chicago to Los Angeles. She helped them find the perfect homes in neighborhoods where they really wanted to live. Early in her career, she came across many Chicagoans new to the Los Angeles area that needed help learning about the different neighborhoods. Iglesias had stumbled across a new opportunity to work with people relocating between the two markets. “There always seemed to be someone who needed my help that was either moving from Chicago to Los Angeles or from Los Angeles to Chicago,” explains Iglesias.
