Real Estate Broker/Principal And Technology Evangelist, Sabrina Lowery, Teaches Entrepreneurs How To Create A Technology Plan To Grow Their Business

Sabrina Lowery is a Real Estate Broker and the Principal at Legacy Realty & Management, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. She’s a REALTOR and a self-proclaimed “Technology Evangelist” with a personal mission to educate and train realtors how to become more successful in their business.

She also feels that embracing technology and keeping up with new trends in technology like social media, mobile marketing, and free platforms like Google-based free software increases their efficiency. According to Lowery, it is important to leverage the time and money invested in growing your business effectively, but many realtors and entrepreneurs don’t take the time to learn about all the resources that are available to help make them more successful.

When thinking about her journey from feeling burned out in Corporate America to becoming a realtor and property manager, and transitioning to owning her own real estate brokerage firm, Lowery says, “I asked myself, why am I doing for someone else, what I could be doing on my own?” That was the birth of her own firm three years ago now and starting from scratch, she’s already built it up to seven real estate brokers with a full-time administrative assistant, and clients worldwide.

Recently, Lowery partnered with the Atlanta Google Campus to offer training for entrepreneurs using the Google for Work Business suite of online products and applications. She also teaches a Small Business “Technology Bootcamp,” which helps entrepreneurs create, implement, and launch a “Technology Business Plan”. Lowery explains, “It was only two years ago that electronic signatures were accepted in the real estate industry as a form of fully executed contract…I’ve always been known as the tech savvy expert in the real estate industry. For years I’ve had realtors ask me what I thought about everything from Trulia, or buying leads from Zillow to whether or not I think it is a good idea to use Realtor.com. I’ve mentored Realtors, not just in Georgia, but nationwide. Now, I speak and teach realtors and entrepreneurs how to create a technology business plan for their business.”
