“Many sellers believe that because they spent 15 or 20 years in their home, that they have memories in, the value of the property increases,” she explained. “It’s not necessarily the case. They have to understand that the value of a property is only based on the market place, not the memories unfortunately.” Perry explained that sometimes people miss out on great offers initially because they are waiting for an offer that the market does not justify. Perry feels that her company has a sense of community which leads to a great support system of agents.
“We help each other, give each other energy, and that energy is translated into hard work for the clients. We are a hundred percent customer service oriented. We have three agents working for our clients around the clock and that is a major difference from other real estate teams.” There is no specific client Perry works with. She helps anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. She works primarily in the San Fernando Valley from Studio City to Calabasas.
