As a passionate Real Estate Investor, author, speaker and mentor, Eszter Sebok has gained a thorough understanding of the many facets of the real estate market and also understands the value of giving back to her community. Eszter initially started investing to achieve her families financial freedom and stability, but now she is grateful to be able to give back and take time to help others to achieve financial freedom through real estate.
She came to Canada around 20 years ago from a communist country where they had limited beliefs and mindset which did not match hers. She was not satisfied with a 9-5 job and has always had a sense of curiosity and adventure which lead her to teaching herself how to become financially free, and now she wants to help others do the same.
She is also passionate about giving back through volunteering and charity work, working with women’s empowerment groups, becoming a best-selling author and inspiring and educating her peers in her investor groups she participates in.
Eszter wants to change the paradigm and set a new standard in real estate and investing, by providing homeowners with a full range of services, including unparalleled customer service, powerful negotiating skills, strategic pricing analysis, and of course industry leading comprehensive property marketing program. She helps her clients with adding instant value to a property, strategically analyzing a market, buying a property at the right price, and selling a property for top dollar.
It is also important for Eszter to assist her clients with financial literacy and to plan ahead for the future. Over 65% of Canadians do not have a savings and don’t know what they will do if they lose their job or if they have health issues or any other issues that may arise. Things can change very quickly and if there is nothing for them to fall back on, it can be devastating for a family.
Her motto is, “Don’t say you can’t, ask how I can”. Therefore, Eszter wants to offer a wraparound service that empowers her clients to have a game plan, options and how to take inspired action to be financially free!
In addition to these strategies, she also offers creative ways to set up a plan of action to achieve their current financial goals through market analysis and educating them on financial systems and assisting them with navigating through opportunities.
