Valerie Prasetyo is a serial entrepreneur, international speaker, author, certified trainer, award-winning leader and world champion athlete. And most recently, Prasetyo has become known as the Founder of the Independent Women Platform and the upcoming Independent Women Summit being held virtually on September 12th and 13th. This organization, that has actually become more of a movement, has a mission to empower women by providing all of the necessary tools, resources and education to help them create the life they’ve always dreamed of based on their own terms and conditions and to become financially, emotionally, mentally and spiritually free.

If there’s one thing you should know about Valerie it’s that she has been an entrepreneur for most of her life. Starting at an early age of 22, she built her first passive income stream and at the age of 26 she bought her first investment property. Since then, she has lived a life where she has written her own rules, building a business while also tackling motherhood, traveling the world and learning the culture of different countries, working with the best coaches and speakers in the world who are now a part of her platform. But, it is not without hardships that Prasetyo achieved her financial independence. At an early age, she lost her parents in a tragic car accident. However, enduring a period of stress and depression was all an important part of her journey. She learned firsthand what it meant to grow a business from the ground up and through difficult times.
