Dynamics Communities is the parent organization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 User Group and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 User Group. The webinar series will cover a range of topics for companies that are planning to implement a CRM project or that are struggling to keep their CRM project on track. These non-technical sessions are for leaders in sales, marketing, customer care, CRM administration, business analysis and project management. Attendees will take away ideas and practical steps for planning, organizing and implementing their CRM project or get their CRM project back on track.
