Kleiman|Evangelista Eye Center recently broke ground on a new leading edge vision correction and surgery center, in response to their ever-growing patient base in the rapidly expanding Metroplex of Dallas/Fort Worth.
“We’re in one of the fastest growing areas of the country both in terms of sheer population and job growth,” founder David Kleiman, MD, said. “Our patient base is outgrowing our flagship Arlington center, and if we delay an expansion, we’ll soon be unable to deliver the ambience this practice represents and our patients deserve. We plan to stay ahead of this curve with the new facility.”
“Our motivation in this expansion is to provide the best care for our patients,” says partner Anthony Evangelista, MD. “By doubling the number of exam rooms and tripling the square footage, patients will enjoy a smooth experience with significantly less wait time, as well as more flexibility in scheduling.”
According to the US Census Bureau, Dallas/Fort Worth continues to lead the state in terms of population growth. In addition to better serving the expanding Metroplex population, the partners at Kleiman|Evangelista Eye Center are excited to create jobs for this growing economy as well.
“Once we launch the new facility, we will significantly increase and perhaps double our staff,” Kleiman says. “The greater capacity affords more convenience for patients and staff and is, in fact, a good hiring opportunity for us and for The City.”
The new Kleiman|Evangelista Eye Center facility will be located on Eastbound I-20 between Matlock Road and Collins Road in Arlington. With State Highway 360, U.S. Highway 287 and Interstate 820 connecting within just miles of the new location, it will provide convenient access to patients from around the Metroplex.
Opening of the new facility is planned for February 2015. Find more details at http://www.lasiksurgery.com
