Marci Klein is a 20-year veteran in the television business. An Emmy award director in the Directors Guild of America, Klein decided to open her own video production company after leaving the tv business to expand her family. Almost a decade later, she began to build up her business, working part-time in her home office, and part-time as a mom. Eventually, she moved into a production office, built a professional green-screen studio, and trained to become a sport pilot so she could fly drones legally to incorporate aerial cinematography into her unique style of video productions.
Marci graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a degree in Communication Sciences in 1987. She has produced, directed, and written for some of the most recognized programs in syndicated, cable and Network Television, including Fox’s “Celebrity Boxing” WB’s “Elimidate Deluxe”, “Dr. Phil”, “The Swan”, and “Inside Edition”, “Extra”, “E! Entertainment” and many others to list. One of Marci’s talents is storytelling. Marci knows how to make the subject feel comfortable and perform as their authentic self in front of the camera, which further enhances the story. Marci received many nominations and won a Los Angeles Emmy Award for working with The Blind Children’s Center. She also received a Cable Ace Award for her work with the Los Angeles Fire Department. Her first works were screened at the film festivals “Women in Film” and “Mill Valley” and “Malibu”.
