It all happened one day, when a woman in urgent need walked into Gina Kershaw’s Criminal Defense practice in Southern California, with a seemingly minor offense. After a brief interview, it was discovered that this woman had called a number of attorneys in the Orange County area, but since the criminal justice system was originally designed to punish men, it became clear that her needs were not being properly understood as she called around seeking legal representation.
“This was the life-changing day I decided to specialize in the dramatically under-served needs of the women in our society. It was the best decision I ever made for our thriving practice,” Kershaw stated.
Gina Kershaw, a seasoned criminal trial attorney, spent the last fourteen years representing people from all walks of life – from hardened gang members to individuals shattered by drug and alcohol abuse.
