Tammi Brannan was welcomed recently by the Business Innovators Radio Show host Alicia Dibrell as the special guest for this popular webcast. Tammi works with professionals who are feeling stuck in their career to take them to their next level. She has formulated a unique process that was instrumental in taking her own career from boredom to enthusiasm.
Like many of today’s professionals, Tammi felt an urge to reinvent her career in the late 30s. A single mom with two sons, she was a Human Resource Manager in a corporation. Tasked with helping professionals within the organization to set and achieve goals, Tammi felt the disparity between the upper management’s philosophy about the best way to help professionals develop, and her own. She believed that her best skills and ideas were unappreciated and underutilized because of this disparity.
She wanted to design a process that would enable people to not only realize their full potential, but then start to reach for it, so in 2008 she left her full-time career in Human Resources to develop and implement this process (the Blueprint Process).
Tammi created the Blueprint Process to be a systemized approach that allows individuals to identify the people, opportunities, and activities that align with who they are and draw them closer to their goal. The process includes 3 powerful steps: in-depth research into your skills, application of those skills to your industry, and accountability for that application.
Tammi Brannan also created a coaching module around the BHAG Big Hairy Audacious Goal) concept from “Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies” by James Collins and Jerry Porras. Tammi believes this new module to her program can alleviate the #1 concern of many Professionals today: stagnation. Combined with the Accountability portion of her program, this new module gives Professionals something definite to work towards in the next 3-5 years that keeps stagnation at bay.
