On November 5, the Ohio Real Estate Investors Association (OREIA) will welcome 700 real estate investors and landlords for the 2015 National Real Estate Strategies Summit. The four-day event, to be held at the Great Wolf Lodge, will feature an ultra-skilled team of “super experts” tasked with arming attendees with up-to-the-minute tactics for bending the real estate market to their will.
“With so much conflicting, and sometimes incorrect, information in the market about the best ways to make money in real estate, it’s wonderful to have a carefully curated, non-profit sponsored event like the OREIA National Real Estate Summit to turn to for strategies that actually work in today’s environment,” said Vena Jones-Cox, Executive Director. “OREIA works hard throughout the year to bring together experienced experts, real-life investors at every level of knowledge and experience, and service providers who can help the new and experienced real estate entrepreneur start and run their businesses more easily.”
The 2015 National Real Estate Strategies Summit will feature two keynote presentations, “How to Get Instant Killer Credibility with a Bestseller,” to be delivered by TC Bradley and “Reprogram Your Brain for Your Success,” to be delivered by Bill Sumner. The event will also feature over 20 workshop sessions, including “Get Started in Apartments Today,” “Buy HUD Houses Half Off and Wholesale from Home,” “Lawsuit Protection for Real Estate Investors and Landlords” and “Collect 105% of Your Monthly Rents.”
In addition to the keynote addresses and other training opportunities, attendees will have the opportunity to take advantage of and participate in networking breaks, a real estate investors’ trade show, a young adult entrepreneurial academy and the OREIA’s “Got Talent” banquet.
